Job summary

Bright Achievements seeks a BCBA to provide in-home ABA services in the Richmond area, delivering assessments, program development, and supervision of Behavior Technicians. You will assess clients using standardized tools and build individualized plans that promote progress.

You will collaborate with families, train staff, and manage progress data using Rethink Behavioral Health, while advancing client outcomes in a clinician-owned setting with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification within the United States.
• 1+ year of experience in ABA services.
• 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client assessments using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS.
• Conduct functional Behavior Assessments.
• Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in delivering 1:1 ABA services.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate staff to address behavioral deficits and build functional repertoires.
• Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements.
• Manage electronic data on client progress using Rethink Behavioral Health.

We are actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team, where an opportunity for career advancement and growth is established.

Duties:

• Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
• Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
• Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
• Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
• Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
• Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health
