Job summary

Bright Achievements is seeking BCBAs to join our in-home ABA team in North Carolina. In-person service is required with flexible scheduling across daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in school and home settings.

The role focuses on conducting assessments, developing programs, supervising staff, and providing training to families while using Rethink Behavioral Health for data management.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active BCBA certificate within the United States.
  • Master’s Degree is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA
  • 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial and continuing in-home client assessments using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS.
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop and implement individualized programs per caseload.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering 1:1 ABA.
  • Plan, manage and evaluate staff to build functional skill repertoires.
  • Provide ABA training to families per Authorization Requirements.
  • Manage client progress data using Rethink Behavioral Health.

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
In-person services are required, with flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings.

Duties
  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health

BCBA Job Requirements
