Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid or remote-supported clinical model in the United States. The role blends telehealth with in-person services, supervision, caregiver collaboration, and field visits as required by state licensure and payer rules.
You will complete assessments, create treatment plans, supervise staff, analyze data, and coordinate with families to ensure consistent client progress across settings.
Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA for a hybrid or remote-supported clinical model. This position combines telehealth responsibilities with in-person services, supervision, caregiver collaboration, or field visits as required by the posted market, payer rules, client needs, and state licensure requirements. It is not guaranteed to be fully remote.
Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates.
Deliver remote and in-person clinical services according to client need and the work model listed in the posting.
Analyze client data and make timely, clinically sound treatment decisions.
Supervise RBTs and BTs through effective observation, coaching, and performance feedback.
Partner with caregivers and other professionals to support consistency across settings.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
Communicate schedule, technology, travel, and service barriers promptly.
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Active license, or eligibility for licensure, in every state where services will be delivered.
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
Experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
Reliable internet, a private work environment for telehealth, and ability to travel when required.
Strong independent work habits and responsive communication.
