Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Norfolk, VA seeks a BCBA for a hybrid role combining telehealth and in-person services; it is not fully remote. You will provide assessments, treatment plans, and supervise RBTs.

You will analyze client data, collaborate with families and professionals, maintain documentation, and comply with privacy, payer, and state requirements. The team emphasizes flexible scheduling and strong administrative support to enable quality clinical care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is in good standing.
• Active VA LBA licensure required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and BTs, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
• Reliable internet and a private telehealth workspace; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates.
• Deliver remote and in-person clinical services as needed.
• Analyze client data and make timely, clinically sound treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Partner with caregivers and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
• Communicate schedule, technology, travel, and service barriers promptly.
