Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid role combining telehealth responsibilities with in-person services in Virginia. This position offers flexibility between remote work and on-site visits in Norfolk, with a focus on comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and data-driven decision making.

The role involves supervising RBTs/BTs, collaborating with caregivers and professionals, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active VA LBA license or eligibility.
• Experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates.
• Deliver remote and in-person clinical services according to client need and the work model.
• Analyze client data and make timely, clinically sound treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Partner with caregivers and other professionals to support consistency across settings.
• Maintain documentation and comply with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
• Communicate schedule, technology, travel, and service barriers promptly.

What You Will Do
