Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking BCBA professionals to design individualized programming that emphasizes communication, independence and self-advocacy. You’ll work in a neuro-affirming, assent-based setting focused on ethical care for our clients.

Join a collaborative team with opportunities for co-treatments with SLP-BCBAs and strong RBT supervision. This role supports compassionate, client-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with a trauma-informed, ethical care approach for the people we serve.
• Coordinate/co-treat sessions with dually certified SLP-BCBAs.
