Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Monroe, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You’ll supervise RBTs, collaborate with SLP-BCBAs, and contribute to a trauma-informed, ethical care approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
