Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Hickory, NC is seeking a licensed BCBA to design individualized ABA programs focused on communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The role emphasizes a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, ethical approach within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field with ABA coursework.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized ABA programs prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Collaborate with therapy teams to ensure high-quality, ethical care.
