New Dawn ABA in Kansas City, MO is hiring a BCBA for a HYBRID role, serving kids with autism at home, in schools, and in daycares. You will own your caseload including assessments, treatment plans, and parent training, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families.

This position offers salary 75k-90k, PTO, health insurance, 401(k), CEU stipend, mentorship, and direct access to leadership, with room to grow into lead and director roles.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Missouri LBA license.
• Strong clinical judgment and willingness to seek help.
• Excellent communication with families and staff.

Kansas City is our fastest-growing region, and we need another BCBA to keep up with it. New Dawn ABA is a founder-led practice serving kids with autism at home, in school, and in daycares. This is a HYBRID position that contains both in person and remote work.

The job:
