New Dawn ABA in Colorado is seeking a licensed BCBA to join a growing team. You will manage caseloads, develop assessments and treatment plans, and train parents and staff. The role splits time between in-person sessions with families and remote planning, documentation, and team check-ins.

You will supervise and coach RBTs, collaborate with leadership, and help shape the Colorado program. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year plus benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401(k),

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Active Colorado LBA licensure is required.
• Reliable transportation for in-person sessions.
• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to seek help when needed.

The job:

• Own your caseload: assessments, treatment plans, and parent training

• Split your week between in-person sessions with families and remote time for planning, documentation, and team check-ins
• Raise issues early. You’ll never be left guessing.
