Job summary

New Dawn ABA is expanding its clinical team in St. Louis, MO. As a BCBA, you will own your caseload, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide parent training to families across Missouri and Colorado.

You will supervise and coach RBTs, help set clinical standards as the region grows, and address issues early so you’re never left guessing. The role offers hybrid work, competitive compensation, PTO, and leadership growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work with families, RBTs, and leadership.
• Located in or near St. Louis, MO; reliable transportation.

We're building out St. Louis clinically, and the BCBAs who join now will shape how it grows. New Dawn ABA provides in-home, in-school, and daycare-based ABA across Missouri and Colorado.
