Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support children with ABA and Pivotal Response Treatment across home, school, and community settings.

The role blends in-person and remote work, with oversight from a BCBA and collaboration with RBTs. Benefits include PTO, health plans, 401(k), CEUs, and ongoing professional development. Travel stipends are available for out-of-area applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Ability to work both in-person and remote.
• Ability to fulfill required in-person hours as part of this hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Assist with training, modeling, and performance feedback for direct care staff.
• Collect, review, and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and caregiver collaboration as appropriate.
• Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
