Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under supervision. This role supports RBTs, participates in training, and works with families across in-person and remote settings.

The ideal candidate holds a BCaBA in good standing, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Ability to work in-person and remote in a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide clinical support and guidance to RBTs.
• Train, model, and provide feedback to direct care staff.
• Collect and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and caregiver collaboration.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and clear communication.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

• Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Assist with training, modeling, and performance feedback for direct care staff

• Collect, review, and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions

• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies

• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and caregiver collaboration as appropriate

• Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors

Requirements:

• Ability to work both in-person and remote

• Ability to fulfill required in-person hours as part of this hybrid position

• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team

• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills

• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance for in-person services (if applicable)

• Availability for afternoon and/or evening hours preferred
