Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for in-person and remote services. You will design and implement behavioral intervention plans for children with autism and related developmental disabilities, collaborating with families and professionals to ensure effective treatment.

The role requires BCBA certification, a master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field, and at least 1 year of ABA experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA with BCBA certification.
  • Ability to work both in person and remote.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention plans to meet the unique needs of children and families.
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for behavioral treatment.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Job Summary:

Growing Minds Behavioral Health, a leading provider of personalized ABA therapy, is seeking a highly qualified Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for in person and remote services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing behavioral intervention plans to support children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention plans to meet the unique needs of children and families
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for behavioral treatment
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide training and support to direct-care staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

Requirements:
