Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role offering in-person and remote services. You will design and implement behavioral intervention plans to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities, working with families and a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires BCBA certification, a master's degree in ABA or related field, Maryland LBA, and at least 1 year of ABA experience.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and state licensure are required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field is required
  • Maryland LBA is preferred or required where applicable

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention plans to meet the unique needs of children and families
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for behavioral treatment
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide training and support to direct-care staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives

Job Summary:

Growing Minds Behavioral Health, a leading provider of personalized ABA therapy, is seeking a highly qualified Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for in person and remote services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing behavioral intervention plans to support children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention plans to meet the unique needs of children and families
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for behavioral treatment
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide training and support to direct-care staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (with BCBA certification)
  • Ability to work both in person and remote
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral analysis principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in behavioral data collection and analysis software
  • Maryland LBA
