Job summary

Clera in Regensburg, Germany, is seeking a hands-on Business Operations Manager to oversee production coordination, procurement, logistics and administrative processes, with high ownership and a bias for action.

You will coordinate production scheduling, monitor orders, manage material and lab equipment procurement, and liaise with European partners and global suppliers, while helping build scalable processes in an early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in operations, logistics, procurement, supply chain, or business administration.
• Hands-on experience in operations, logistics, procurement, or administration.
• Experience coordinating production scheduling and procurement of materials and lab equipment.
• Fluent German and English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Ensure productions run on schedule and materials arrive on time.
• Coordinate production planning and monitor orders.
• Oversee logistics and manage transport timelines from factory to customer.
• Manage procurement of production materials and lab equipment.
• Interface with European production partners and global suppliers.
• Support budgeting and basic accounting tasks.
• Improve procurement and process workflows; help build operational structure.
