Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing, admin, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing for contracts including base, usage, and readings.
• Maintain and update contract records in ERP.
• Set up and maintain contract records in systems.
• Conduct billing audits and health checks.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues; suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with partners and banks on bundled billing.
• Create and maintain invoice templates and docs.
• Assist billing inquiries via email and phone.
• Support onboarding of new customer accounts.
• Monitor aged invoices and billing discrepancies.
• Ensure timely terminations, credits, and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate account profiles and documentation.
• Support rollouts and process documentation.
