Springwell in Waltham is seeking a Billing Specialist to join the Finance Team. The role handles all aspects of consumer billing for private contracts, tracks insurance claim requirements, submits claims timely and accurately, and addresses denied claims.

This position is based in Waltham with a hybrid schedule requiring some in-office time. The successful candidate will bring strong interpersonal and analytical skills, plus back-office support experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or similar field.
• 1–3 years' accounting or billing experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative work style.
• Working knowledge of Excel.

Mansioni

• Ensure all claims are billed and reimbursement received in proper time period.
• Identify billing errors and work with the appropriate parties to resolve as needed.
• Regularly update consumer records with approvals and work with vendor agencies to resolve vendor billing issues.
• Performs high volume of data entry, updating consumer records with approval authorizations.
• Provide administrative support such as invoice mailings and monthly reports.
