Job summary

GRAEF, a leading U.S. engineering firm, seeks a Billing Specialist at its downtown Milwaukee headquarters to support the Finance Department by invoicing clients, applying billing terms, and coordinating with project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree (preferred) and at least 8 years of relevant work experience, with strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills; Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; minimum 8 years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision is helpful but not required.
• Experience in architectural or engineering industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and manage billing adjustments and third-party invoicing portals.
• Review and approve projects in Deltek Vantagepoint; set up billing terms.
• Maintain and set up client information; respond to invoicing inquiries.
• Coordinate with project managers for monthly revenue recognition and billings.
• Monitor billings and receivables to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
