Job summary

LanceSoft seeks a Transaction Support Analyst 1 in Atlanta, GA to act as SME for daily operations across multiple retail natural gas markets. You will master SOPs, system processes, and regulatory requirements while leading efforts to resolve billing and customer communication issues.

You will analyze system concerns using SQL, verify pricing/promo code implementations, and propose process improvements. Strong learning aptitude and potential use of AI tools to improve efficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of applicable experience.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer services, billing, system operations, or B2C.

Responsibilities

• Aligns with Regulatory, Legal and Marketing to support Expanded Market letter requirements.
• Monitors billing and error handling for Expanded Markets; resolves issues via SQL queries.
• Supports UAT testing for the Expanded Markets billing system and pricing setup.
• Creates project plans with milestones for system implementation.
