Job summary

4P Consulting Inc. is seeking a Transaction Support Analyst in Atlanta to serve as SME for daily operations across multiple retail natural gas markets.

You will master SOPs, system processes, and regulatory requirements while leading efforts to monitor and correct billing exceptions. You will own UAT for system enhancements, collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, Customer Operations, IT Support, and Marketing to ensure clear impact communication and timely releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of applicable experience.
• 5+ years in consumer services, billing, system operations, or B2C.
• Retail utility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aligns with Regulatory, Legal and Marketing to support Expanded Market letter requirements.
• Monitors billing and error handling for Expanded Markets; resolves issues using SQL.
• Supports UAT Testing for Expanded Markets billing system.
• Sets up pricing and promo codes in Expanded Markets and researches issues.
• Performs a letter audit for content, layout, mailing timelines and state regulations.
• Reviews daily system reports to ensure IT functions operate as designed.
• Participates as SME in Expanded Markets projects from requirements to implementation.
