Job summary

The Wonderful Company in West Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Manager, Learning & Organizational Development to lead enterprise-wide leadership and learning programs. You will partner with the business, shape strategy, and drive impact across more than 10,000 employees.

Requirements include 5–7 years designing and delivering learning programs, bilingual English/Spanish, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years designing, developing, and delivering learning/leadership programs in complex organizations (virtual and in-person).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required with professional fluency in both written and verbal communication and facilitation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Organizational Development or related field.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver presentations in both business Spanish and English.
• Strong facilitator, presenter, and consultant with ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence across levels, functions, and business units.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical judgment with data/feedback to improve outcomes and deliver executive-ready deliverables.
• Comfort with AI and emerging technologies to enhance L&OD solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an OD partner to business, consulting on team effectiveness and leadership needs; design workshops and offsites.
• Design, develop, and facilitate high-quality learning experiences for teams, leadership groups, and enterprise audiences in English and Spanish.
• Lead and/or manage internal learning and leadership programs, responsible for development, content creation, and delivery.
• Measure learning effectiveness, analyze results, and recommend improvements to strengthen impact and scalability.
• Partner across the L&OD team on cross-functional initiatives to expand the team’s impact.
• Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, developers, and consultants for learning services.
