Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience strongly preferred.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Working knowledge of investments or 529 Plan rules preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide phone assistance to investors and Financial Advisors, discuss investment options and 529 rules.
• Process transactions accurately, including contributions, withdrawals, and changes, per 529 laws.
• Convey tax information clearly for 529 plans and assist with account processes and rollovers.
• Navigate clients through online portals and troubleshoot website access issues.
• Follow up with advisors and investors on incomplete paperwork and requests.
