Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience.
• Knowledge of investments or 529 Plan rules, or banking experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and financial software.

Responsabilités

• Provide phone assistance to investors and Financial Advisors' inquiries about investments, market performance, and 529 rules.
• Process transactions (contributions, withdrawals, changes) following Federal and State laws.
• Explain 529 tax rules, deductions, penalties, and rollover options clearly to clients.
• Assist with 529 account information, rollovers, mailings, and verifications.
• Help callers access online accounts and troubleshoot website issues.
• Use available resources to research issues and resolve complex inquiries.
• Follow up on incomplete paperwork with advisors and investors.
• Participate in product knowledge training and stay updated on 529 procedures.
• Identify risks to accounts and help safeguard against fraud and security breaches.
