Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS) is seeking a Business Intelligence Sr. Analyst to design, test, and deliver reports and dashboards for the Distribution department.

You will work with partners across the organization to provide analytics, insights, and timely responses to both scheduled and ad-hoc requests. The role requires 2-5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong SQL skills, and data visualization expertise.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field.
• Understanding of SQL and/or other query languages.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions.
• Familiarity with systems development lifecycle and agile framework.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights using visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Manages and completes incoming ad-hoc requests from users tracked in CRM; gathers and presents data.
• Analyze large volumes of transactions, CRM activity and industry data.
• Collaborate to design, test, maintain, and distribute reports & dashboards using BI/CRM tools in an agile environment.
• Serve as a point of contact for global users and technology teams for distribution reporting needs.
• Manage coop responsibilities and standard scheduled reporting requests.
• Define scope and objectives of projects based on user needs and business systems.
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members.
