The role focuses on building Power BI/SSRS dashboards, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and partnering with Accounting, Sales, and Operations to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in BI/financial analysis, strong Excel/SQL skills, and familiarity with Power BI and Azure data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics/math/business or related field.
• 2–5 years in financial analysis, BI, or similar analytical role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, SSRS) for Express.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance analyses.
• Translate operational and financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand business drivers and translate into plans.
• Automate reporting processes and drive efficiency in planning workflows.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to uncover trends and improve decision-making.
