Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that drive data‑driven decisions across operations, clinical, and financial performance. You will create data models, reports, and dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and supporting EMR BI data models and upgrades, with Epic Clarity training provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience required.
• Master's degree preferred in MBA, CS, Informatics, or related field.
• 2 years SQL query development required.
• 2 years data visualization development with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik required.
• 4 years data modeling/reporting/analysis required.
• Epic Clarity Data Model certification required within three attempts (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain data models, marts, and self-service reports.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to meet stakeholder needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership on governance and validation of BI solutions.
• Support EMR BI data models, functions, and reports; participate in software upgrades.
• Document specifications and perform testing and data validation.
• Perform data analysis to support performance improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
