Job summary

The Fay Group, a leading real estate and mortgage services firm, seeks a BI Developer to design, build, and maintain BI solutions. You will translate complex business needs into intuitive dashboards and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to empower data-driven decisions.

Reporting to the VP of Data Management, you will optimize data models, ETL processes, and visualizations, ensuring data integrity and scalable reporting across the organization. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED)
• 2+ years’ experience in BI development, data analytics or a related field
• 2+ years’ experience working with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
• 1+ years' experience in the mortgage or financial industry preferred
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis
• Familiarity with data modeling techniques and ETL processes for efficient data warehousing
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices for effective report design

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize business intelligence solutions delivering accurate data insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into BI tools, reports and dashboards
• Deliver insightful visualizations and business reports while ensuring data integrity and reporting efficiencies
