Job summary

FairSquare is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in San Diego, CA or Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role (3 days/week) focuses on building dynamic dashboards and delivering data-driven insights for business decisions.

You will leverage SQL, Tableau, Domo, and Python/R to turn complex data into clear recommendations, partner with multiple departments, and help drive growth. Eligible candidates should meet minimum BI experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in business intelligence.
• Experience with Tableau, Domo, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, AWS).
• Expertise in SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to business inquiries from stakeholders; deliver conclusions with clear assumptions.
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards for self-serve analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to capture business requirements.
• Utilize SQL, Python/R, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports using Tableau, Domo, and Excel.
• Assist data warehouse development with data and process knowledge.
• Tell stories with data to motivate stakeholder action.
• Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources to support insights.
