Credico USA is seeking a BI Developer to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence needs across campaigns and client accounts. You will work with stakeholders to translate data into dashboards and actionable insights, using SQL and BI tools.

The ideal candidate has BI experience, data analysis skills, and proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar platforms. Collaboration with teams and clients is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, filtering, and data validation.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouse, database, or structured reporting environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments.
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and clients to gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements.
• Assist developers to scope, build, test, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance.
• Validate data accuracy and perform quality checks before sharing reports.
• Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Use SQL and enterprise data sources to investigate data issues and support dashboards.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Support improvements to BI reporting processes and data definitions.
• Assist with report distribution, documentation, and user support.
• Learn and support Credico’s BI tools and data sources.
