Job summary

FAIRWINDS Credit Union seeks a Business Intelligence Developer to design scalable data solutions, build dashboards, and optimize reporting infrastructure. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure data governance across enterprise systems.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of BI experience, strong SQL, ETL know-how, and experience with PowerBI and Tableau. The role is hybrid in Orlando with a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data development.
• Experience in financial services or credit unions is preferred.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge required.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Create reporting solutions, dashboards, and user interfaces using PowerBI or similar.
• Design scalable data solutions and optimize reporting infrastructure.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate data sources into a sustainable data repository.
• Adhere to data governance standards and ensure data accuracy.
