FAIRWINDS Credit Union is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer in Orlando to design scalable data solutions, optimize reporting, and transform complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and operational excellence.

You will build dashboards and interfaces with PowerBI, leverage SQL and diverse databases, and integrate new data sources to support enterprise analytics while adhering to governance standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of BI/Data analytics experience.
• Experience in financial services or credit union environment preferred.
• Strong SQL and relational DB knowledge.
• ETL/data integration experience.
• Ability to create scalable dashboards and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to data accuracy, governance, and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Create efficient reports, dashboards, and user interfaces using tools like PowerBI.
• Work with SQL/relational databases and diverse data sources.
• Perform data discovery, modeling, and build data sets aligned to business needs.
• Migrate and enhance legacy analytics and reporting systems.
• Automate manual processes and improve data performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate across departments.
