Job summary

FAIRWINDSCredit Union is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design scalable data solutions, optimize reporting, and transform data into insights enabling strategic growth. You will build dashboards, integrate diverse data sources, and support enterprise analytics initiatives in a hybrid Orlando environment.

The role requires strong SQL skills, ETL experience, and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while upholding data governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2–4 years of related experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data development.
• Experience in financial services or a credit union environment is preferred.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
• Ability to create scalable dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create effective reporting solutions, dashboards, and user interfaces using PowerBI or similar.
• Work with relational databases and varied data sources to produce actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate across departments.
• Migrate and enhance legacy analytics and reporting systems.
• Automate manual processes and improve data performance.
