PG&E in Oakland is seeking a Business Analysis leader to guide analysts in data gathering, modeling, and performance measurement, delivering insights to support strategic decisions. The role includes dashboards, BI, and process improvement across internal clients and departments.

The position is hybrid, with in-office requirements at least once per week, located within the PG&E Service Territory. Strong BI tool experience and leadership are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of total relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and coordinates day-to-day activities of a team performing data analysis, data requests, metrics and reporting.
• Plans and delegates staff assignments; ensures process efficiencies and consistency in reporting methods and output.
• Works on analysis projects of moderate scope, impact and/or complexity, primarily affecting one department or a small line of business.
• Directs team in completing reports and analysis; presents findings to internal clients.
• Develops and presents process and/or reporting methodology improvements to management.
• Partners with peers to ensure data or BI reports are available; communicates user needs to data warehousing.
• Leads projects with defined scope, budget, timeframes, and team formation.
• Reports typically include Business Analysts; supervises staff through recruitment and development.
