Job summary

Two Rivers Housing is seeking a Business Insight Manager to lead BI, analytics and performance reporting. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, provide insights to inform strategic decisions, and manage KPI frameworks.

The role also focuses on data quality, governance and improving reporting standards, while leading a dedicated BI team. This hybrid position requires regular office attendance at our Newent office, with flexibility for onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading BI, analytics or reporting functions.
• Advanced Power BI and data visualization skills.
• Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and corporate reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of business intelligence, analytics and performance reporting services.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Produce meaningful insight to support operational and strategic decision making.
• Manage corporate performance reporting and KPI frameworks.
• Drive improvements in data quality, governance and reporting standards.
• Provide analysis, forecasting and performance trends to inform business planning.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
