Job summary

In this role you’ll administer enrollments, open enrollment, and plan transactions, working with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and external benefit providers to improve processes and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of benefits administration, HR operations, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions regarding medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefit programs.
• Administer enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and retirement plan transactions.
• Support Open Enrollment planning, communications, testing, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Payroll and HRIS to ensure accurate deductions and processing.
• Monitor and reconcile benefits data for accuracy and compliance.
