Cotality in Irvine, CA is seeking a collaborative Benefits Professional to manage and evolve our benefits programs, including medical, retirement, wellness, and leave policies. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and people managers, handling inquiries, enrollments and audits with empathy and precision.

This hybrid role requires 2 days in the Irvine office. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ benefits administration experience, solid HRIS and Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree in

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or total rewards.
• Solid understanding of group health plans, retirement vehicles (e.g., 401(k)), leave policies, and regulatory standards (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA).
• Analytical mindset with experience in HRIS, benefits platforms, and Excel (vlookups, pivot tables).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex benefit terminology for employees.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and detail-oriented work style.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CEBS/PHR/SHRM-CP certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan Administration & Daily Operations for core benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO).
• Lead enrollment processes, audits, and open enrollment activities.
• Data analysis of utilization and demographic metrics to inform plan designs and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate with TPAs, carriers, brokers, and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations and required filings.
