Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure accurate loading of Groups, Benefits and Eligibility information into core systems, enabling timely access for claims and customer service. The role drafts account-specific documents for major and national accounts using the Masters as the baseline.

The position requires a Bachelor degree or substantial industry experience, strong business systems knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience OR 6 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience.
• Business systems experience. Knowledge at an application level with various DN corporate systems applications (Genelco, CaseTrack, Salesforce, DocGen/P&C, etc.)
• Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology.
• Knowledge of HCSC, Dearborn Group, business processes and customers.
• Organizational and Analytical skills.
• Experience with business requirements development for new systems and process, and changes to existing systems and processes.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience meeting deadlines. Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible.
• PC proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Office 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Load Groups, Benefits & Eligibility information to applicable systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure Group/Member information is available by contract effective date in order to support claims and customer service processes.
• Draft account-specific documents for new and renewing major and/or national accounts using the Masters as a base.
