The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role, strong phone skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service. Join a collaborative, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years' industry experience
• Demonstrated work experience in a corporate environment
• Strong professional phone skills and Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
• Detail oriented and a team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and organize workload appropriately

Responsibilities

• Resolve claims issues and benefit questions to support client HR and employees.
• Diagnose and handle complex claims questions promptly.
• Coordinate with insurance vendors to resolve issues.
• Identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Respond to employee inquiries within 24 hours.
• Maintain records and document processes for claims resolution.
• Work with account managers to resolve service issues.
