Lifepoint Health in Brentwood, TN seeks a Benefits Coordinator to administer Lifepoint for You benefit plans and to support compliant health and welfare benefit administration across facilities.

You will work with benefit vendors, People Services Directors, HR Business Partners, and employees to ensure accurate program communication, eligibility, and escalated issue resolution. This role requires teamwork and reliable attendance.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of related customer service, benefits, or HR experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Minimum overnight travel of up to 10% by land and/or air.

Responsabilidades

• Research and accurately communicate plan designs across multiple facilities.
• Support the daily administration of Lifepoint Health benefit programs, including website and app eligibility files.
• Analyze and resolve escalated case tickets, emails, and phone calls related to benefit administration, including identifying root causes, understanding downstream impacts, and implementing resolutions.
• Serve as a resource to managers, People Services Directors, HR Business Partners, HSC teams, and employees regarding benefit programs, including support for Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activities.
• Serve as a liaison with multiple benefit vendors and support resolution of administrative and eligibility issues.
• Communicate with benefit carriers regarding plan design changes and proper plan administration.
• Assist with creating and analyzing routine and ad hoc reporting related to administered benefit plans.
• Support Annual Enrollment activities, including testing and eligibility review.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
