Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a role that involves small group benefits analysis and/or support.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Active Life, Accident and Health Producer License, or willingness to obtain licensing in relevant states.

• Analyze and present proposals for a full range of benefit plans and options to small and mid-sized business clients.
• Advise on benefits package design and contribution strategy to align with benchmarks and client goals.
• Lead client renewal presentations and plan-change discussions with clear, actionable guidance.
• Own renewal analysis including budget, rate development, contribution analysis, and pricing.
