Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a dedicated professional to support Producers by servicing mid-market client accounts and soliciting new business. You will manage renewal strategy, cost analysis, and market benchmarking to deliver competitive employee benefits solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Two (2) or more years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License and continuing CE requirements.

Responsabilités

• Works with client team to determine bid and renewal strategy for mid-market client accounts.
• Provides detailed plan design and cost information to service team.
• Gathers information and provides analysis and recommendations to client’s existing coverage.
• Requests census and RFQs from client for ancillary coverages.
• Prepares RFPs for client renewal or prospective groups with census and plan details.
• Collaborates with client team to select employee benefit markets and negotiates with carriers for favorable terms.
