Job summary

FloresHR, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers, interpret our benefits services, and support implementation and ongoing account management.

You will manage a diverse book of business, provide exceptional customer service, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate account audits, reconciliations, and timely responses to escalations. This role operates in a hybrid office setting in Charlotte.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Account Management experience in benefits/cin-focused roles.
• Experience in benefits management (CDH and COBRA) preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using the Alegeus system preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to brokers, clients and participants.
• Assist clients and brokers through emails, calls, and conferences.
• Monitor and manage work in CRM and operational systems.
• Address client questions on FSA, COBRA, HSA, and Direct Reimbursement models.
• Assist with client implementations and expand service lines.
• Perform account audits and reconciliations.
• Respond to escalations and deescalate when needed.
• Prepare for re-enrollment and non-discrimination testing.
