Job summary

Symphony Risk Solutions, LLC, in Richardson, TX, seeks an Associate to act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small group clients within Symphony Consulting. You will lead renewal processes, coordinate plan options, and support carrier negotiations to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant industry experience may be considered).
• Minimum of 5 years of employee benefits, insurance brokerage, or related industry experience.
• Experience managing employer-sponsored health and welfare benefit plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with BenefitPoint or similar agency management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for an assigned portfolio of small group clients (2–100 employees).
• Own the overall client relationship, serving as the single contact for day-to-day service needs.
