Job summary

Mindoula Health in Oregon seeks a Senior Behavioral Health Integration Clinician (BHIC) & Clinical Excellence Lead to support the Collaborative Care team and the patient’s medical provider. This dual-role balances direct patient care (roughly 50%) with strategic leadership of clinical programs and outcomes.

The position emphasizes clinical excellence, program oversight, supervision of associate clinicians, and ongoing quality improvement within a hybrid work model, located in Eugene or Corvallis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Oregon independent licensure: LPC or LMFT.
• Qualified Supervisor status in Oregon with appropriate supervision certification.
• 5+ years of experience in behavioral health intervention, case management, or care coordination.
• Experience with chronic medical and behavioral health conditions.
• Experience with EHR systems and telehealth workflows.
• Proficiency with technology and multiple software applications.
• Must be located in or near Eugene, Oregon (hybrid work environment).

Responsibilities

• Oversees Collaborative Care services, including care coordination and outcomes.
• Provides clinical supervision per Oregon licensing requirements.
• Evaluates clinician performance and coordinates onboarding.
• Ensures EHR proficiency and adherence to documentation standards.
• Monitors program performance and compliance with regulations.
• Mentors associate-level clinicians for supervision and growth.
• Conducts behavioral health and substance use screenings.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care planning and weekly psychiatry case review.
• Tracks patient progress with validated outcome measures.
• Coordinates medication adherence with primary care.
• Documents services in the EHR per workflows.
