Mindoula Health is seeking a Senior Behavioral Health Integration Clinician (BHIC) & Clinical Excellence Lead in Oregon to support the Collaborative Care team, balancing direct patient care with leadership, supervision, and program oversight. This role emphasizes clinical outcomes and staff development within a compliant framework.

The position offers hybrid work with 2–3 days in Eugene or Corvallis and requires Oregon licensure (LPC/LMFT) plus Qualified Supervisor status to oversee clinicians

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field and Oregon licensure (LPC or LMFT) required.
• Qualified Supervisor status in Oregon with supervision certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health intervention, case management, or care coordination.
• Experience with chronic medical and behavioral health populations.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth workflows.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Collaborative Care services including care planning and outcomes.
• Provide clinical supervision per Oregon regulations and supervise associates.
• Evaluate clinicians, support hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure staff maintain evidence-based practices and EHR competencies.
• Lead program development and ensure contractual and revenue targets.
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and participate in care planning.
