Job summary

Mindoula Health seeks a Senior Behavioral Health Integration Clinician (BHIC) & Clinical Excellence Lead to guide the Collaborative Care team while remaining clinically active. This hybrid role balances direct patient care (about 50%) with leadership, program oversight, and clinical excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Oregon independent licensure required: LPC or LMFT
• Qualified Supervisor status in Oregon with certification to supervise clinicians
• 5+ years of behavioral health intervention, case management, or care coordination
• Experience with chronic medical and behavioral health conditions
• Experience with EHR systems and telehealth workflows
• Proficiency with technology and multiple software applications
• Must be located in or near Eugene, Oregon (hybrid work)

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of Collaborative Care services (behavioral health, care coordination, care planning, outcomes).
• Provides clinical supervision per Oregon licensing, Supervisor for associate-level clinicians.
• Evaluates clinician performance, supports hiring/onboarding, ensures training, fidelity, and compliance.
• Ensures staff maintain competencies in evidence-based modalities and proper EHR use.
• Oversees clinical performance, outcomes, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Provides clinical oversight of care by BH clinicians and the team.
• Contributes to policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Supports development of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Ensures programs meet contractual, productivity, and revenue expectations.
• Mentors and retains associate-level clinicians with supervision and growth.
