Job summary

Benton County is seeking a PM4-level leader to oversee Crisis & Forensics operations, clinical supervision, and 24/7 on-call coverage for QMHPs, QMHAs, peer supports, and behavioral health technicians in Oregon.

The role emphasizes compliance with policies, quality improvement, and cross-agency collaboration with law enforcement, hospitals, and courts to ensure integrated crisis care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related behavioral health field.
• Active license in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and privileging per organizational standards.
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise QMHPs, QMHAs, Peer Support Specialists, and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Manage day-to-day shift operations during late afternoon and evening hours, prioritizing client needs.
• Provide 24/7 phone consultations to staff and deploy in-person to crisis settings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with department/county policies, OARs, statutes, and funding requirements.
• Build relationships with law enforcement, hospital staff, courts, and community agencies to coordinate care.
• Plan and execute strategic projects in collaboration with division leadership.
