Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to deliver ABA-based sessions with children in a hybrid remote/in-person environment. You’ll use play and structured activities to grow communication, social, and daily living skills under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of ABA experience.
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Vaccinations required (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in a remote/hybrid setting.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session, whether at home, in centers, or in the community.
