Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist in Santa Fe, NM to deliver ABA-based interventions remotely and in-person across homes, centers, and community settings.

You’ll work with kids to build communication, social and life skills using play and evidence-based strategies, while following clinician plans and celebrating milestones. Training is provided, with a clear growth pathway and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of ABA experience.
• Telehealth/Virtual experience preferred.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations required.

Responsibilities

• Use play and evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and life skills.
• Deliver sessions in homes, centers, or community settings.
• Follow plans designed by clinical leaders and track progress.
• Complete training and documentation.
